This review doesn’t do justice to the amazing service we got from Douglas but I’ll try my best. If you are in the market for a home absolutely look no further then this man. You’ll get both honest and critical feedback from him along with a very pleasant and easy going process to buy a home. He will go out of the way to accompany any needs you need. Stellar agent-seller experience. As out-of-town POA's for an elderly parent, we selected Doug Wertz as our agent based on reviews we read. Doug was responsive, never minimized our concerns, went above and beyond what we expected, and adapted to our schedule. He secured snow removal assistance during the winter storms which saved us worry (and likely code violations with the boro). The closing date was rescheduled three times owing to buyer's underwriter, and Doug explained delays and kept us apprised--and hopeful the deal would conclude. It did. Thank you, Doug.
